Stu, Satch and Cam would like to invite you to the inaugural Sydney Dirty Three Dinner at Bentley Restaurant & Bar on Wednesday, 11 November.
On the night we will drink our 2012, 13 and 14 Holgates Road Pinot Noir (the 2013 was The Age Pinot Noir of the Year – and the 14 is better). We will also drink our 2015, 14 and 13 Riesling – a style that we love – a little residual sugar, fantastic acidity and always sold out before Christmas.
Our favourite chef, Brent Savage, will serve up his brilliant food, there will likely be a few Four Pillars G&Ts thrown into the mix and Satch and Stu will tell tall tales, some even true.
6.30pm for 7pm
